Scott and Kerry fished today and got fish on the fly rods, the plug rods, and the sidedrifters. The bite was slow in the morning then defiantly picked up in the afternoon. The fly fisherman ended up with the highest tally of adults this weekend. Good job guys and see you soon.

The low, cold, and clear water has made for some slow days. Bob and Ray didn't give up and ended up with some nice Klamath River half pounders.

Took Bob and Landin fishing today on the Klamath River, and dispite a tough bite we picked up a dozen steelhead. We were side drifting and pulling plugs while chasing the sun.

Took the Perez family fishing and got into some nice Klamath River steelhead. We were side drifting and covered 6 miles of river and found the fish in the faster water. Take a look at this hatchery fish its the largest keeper I have seen up this high in the river system. Chance hooked and landed his first fish and I have a feeling his dad has a new fishing partner.

Took my little brothers out on the river today and we put the hurt on some fresh winter chrome. We got a bunch of fish in the 3 to 5 pound class, and lost a few really nice 7 to 10 pound Klamath River Steel.

Kyle and Jesse put in some work on the metal heads today. We boated over 30 fish and a hand full of those were nice adult fish. The fish are moving around a little bit but we found their hiding spot and put meat in the net.

The Norman's came and caught their first steelhead after many years of pursuing the target species of the angling community. The Klamath River is still pumping out the "Ironheads"

Mark and John came to town today and they roped in 30 fish and half of those fish were nice adults. The Klamath River is transitioning into the bigger winter fish and the river is loaded. If you want to test your steelheading abilities get your butt down to Happy Camp CA.

Richard came back for round 2 today and all I can say is WOW!!!! He caught the biggest steelhead I have ever seen this time of year. If we have fall fish this large, wait till our winter run shows up, the Klamath River is simply unbelievable and healthy as can be...

Day 1 with Richard, yielded around 20 steelhead and 2 salmon. This was the first time in over 20 years Richard made his way back to the Klamath River and it payed off.

Sid and Roy spanked the steelhead today and had the best fishing trip of there life's. They said the Klamath River half-pounder season will be an annual tradition.

Cindy and Joe got around 30 steelhead today, and it was the first time they have been on the Klamath River and the first steelhead Cindy has ever caught. Who said the fish don't bite during a full moon, the fish on the Klamath do. LOL

AJ and his 9 year old son Layne put the meat in the net today. We caught some of the largest steelhead I have seen so far this season. The bigger fish are moving in and numbers are also above average. This dream will soon be over so don't waste time and come experience the      Mighty Klamath River.

Paul and his son Nick put the hurt on some feisty native steelhead today. The river is full of half pounders and a few big steelhead. We also tied into a couple of salmon and a nice jack. The Klamath River is experiencing an above average run of steelhead and the fishing is fantastic. Give me a call if you want to get in on some of the action.
