Steelhead Fishing with Ironhead Guide Service

Image
Jim and Allen spent the weekend fishing with Ironhead Guide Service and was able to get some meat for the smoker. We hit it hard and ended up with some nice fish. We had 9 hook ups and missed allot more bites. The bites were very subtle and softer than normal, especially on day two of our adventure. Fishing for steelhead should be good through April in the Northwest so don't sit around and let your opportunity pass you by.

Lee went on his first guided fishing trip with us thanks to his son Jeff, and landed a few nice Klamath River Steelhead. Klamath River fishing should remain good through April. There isn't many places you can fish just about any time of the year and have bites in every hole. We will be running trips for rest of the month then Ironhead Guide Service will be moving operations up to the Rogue River. If you have been thinking about going fishing give me a call, you wont regret it.

We took Cheryl and Daryl Klamath River Steelhead Fishing this weekend in Happy Camp, CA and put them front and center in some of the best steelhead fishing in the Northwest. This was the first guided fishing adventure for the Spinks family and the first steelhead they caught.  The river is on the mend and as long as conditions remain we should see good fishing through April. Don't put it off any longer, get your bags packed and head for the Klamath.
