Richard came back for round 2 today and all I can say is WOW!!!! He caught the biggest steelhead I have ever seen this time of year. If we have fall fish this large, wait till our winter run shows up, the Klamath River is simply unbelievable and healthy as can be...

AJ and his 9 year old son Layne put the meat in the net today. We caught some of the largest steelhead I have seen so far this season. The bigger fish are moving in and numbers are also above average. This dream will soon be over so don't waste time and come experience the      Mighty Klamath River.

Steve and Jim caught and released steelhead and salmon all day. We got the fish side-drifting eggs and yarn. The Klamath is one of the only rivers in the North West were you can get a salmon and steelhead combo this time of year. If this sounds interesting to you give me a call and we will get you on some fish... <*)))))><

Chuck and Brad put in some work and they were rewarded with an abundance of feisty Klamath River Steel. Chuck got his first steelhead today, and Brad roped fish in all day. Ironhead Guide Service has a few vacant days left this fall so come check us out.

Paul and his son Nick put the hurt on some feisty native steelhead today. The river is full of half pounders and a few big steelhead. We also tied into a couple of salmon and a nice jack. The Klamath River is experiencing an above average run of steelhead and the fishing is fantastic. Give me a call if you want to get in on some of the action.

I took AJ fly fishing today on the Klamath River and he put Steelhead in the net all day. The salmon are starting to spawn so the fish are actively feeding and they are very aggressive. I can’t remember the last time the Klamath River was this HOT ... The next month should be action packed. Got a few days left to book so don't waste any time and miss out on the opportunity to have the best fishing trip of your life.

The mid Klamath River is red hot right now, the famous half pounder run is in full swing and the action is non stop. The run consist of summer and winter steelhead that range from 3 to 5 pounds. They will take any fly or bait you put in front of them and will test your hook setting and fish fighting abilities. I took Troy fishing for his birthday and he caught the largest steelhead he has ever seen. Fishing should be good through mid November so come experience one of the best kept fishing secrets in the fishing community. (Klamath Halfpounders)

Took the Neil family fish and they had one of the best steelhead fishing trips I have had the opportunity to guide. They hooked and landed fish all day and even got 2 salmon. The Klamath River is one of the best steelhead and salmon fisheries in the North West. I would love to share this under publicized phenomenon with the fishing community so if you or some one you know can find the time to come visit the mighty Klamath I will send you away looking at you calendar wondering when you can come back. Book your trip soon because the word is out and the calendars of many guides on the mid Klamath are filling up at a rate not seen in more than 5 years...
